The KP 40 is a very versatile compact curb casting machine working on extrusion principle and is driven by the force developed due to ramming action. The machine is designed for laying kerbs of dimension 450 x 450 MM even with zero slump concrete.
KP 40 is mounted on Pneumatic wheels and it comes loaded with low noise low maintenance 16 HP Petrol Engine having electronic ignition, Quick Change Mould Profile facility, automatic sensor for steering and height controls that follow the reference line. Quick Change Mould Profile facility ensures fast and easy replacements giving up time of 30 minutes. Our Curb Casting Machines are capable of providing a single pass operation with excellent operating speed of 100 Meter/Hour.
