The exceptionally long jaws produce a high crushing effect. The jaw crusher is marked by its outstanding swing jaw and weight optimized design. This is achieved by a newly developed bearing in connection with smooth side walls and the use of most modern FEM calculations. The new pressure-plate bearing runs absolutely maintenance free and nearly wear free, thanks to the use of highly solid polymer-fixed roll leadges instead of conventional pressure pans.

	Oversized, heavy-duty spherical, self-aligning roller bearings.
	Large diameter drop-forged chrome-nickel steel pitman shaft.
	High wear resistant toggle plate bearing and seats.
